When Does My Monthly Subscription Box Ship?
What Month Will Be Your First Box?
If you are new to Treatsie and signed up ON OR AFTER the 15th of the month, your first box will ship the following month. For example, if you sign up February 18, your first box will be the March box. If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s box.
Can’t remember when you signed up? You can find out through your “my account“ page under “Recent Orders.”
When the Monthly Boxes Ship?
The monthly Treatsie boxes ship the 1st Monday-Friday the week after the 15th of the month. When your box ships, you will receive a tracking email.
What are "points" and how do they work?
At Treatsie, we love our customers and never want to be the company that treats new customers better than existing ones. That’s why we started the Treatsie Loyalty Points program, so the more you shop with us and the longer you keep your subscription box, the more points you’ll get to cash in for free sweets.
How to Earn
Earn for Shopping
Earning Treatsie Points is easy. For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 point. This includes your monthly subscription. Please note, however, that points are earned for final cost of products purchased, not including taxes and shipping.

You can also earn 100 points ($10 store credit!) for each subscriber you refer to Treatsie. Click here to start sharing!
How to Redeem
For every 100 points, you receive $10 in store credit. This can be applied to your shopping cart total and used at any time.
Check Your Balance
To check your balance of points, just go to My Account. At the top, you’ll see “My Points.” Below that is your balance!
Minimums and Maximums
You can not redeem your points for more than your cart total. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Points cannot be used to pay for subscriptions, only one-time store orders.
Treatsie points are account specific and are non-transferrable.
Points expire one year from the date that they are earned.
If a purchase is refunded, the points accrued for that purchase will be deducted from the user’s account.
Treatsie, LLC (a/k/a Treatsie) reserves the right to make changes to or cancel this program at any time. Treatsie agrees to provide 30 days notice via the email address associated with the account prior to canceling the program.
I signed up but didn't get this month's box. Why not?
To receive the monthly box, you need to sign up before the 15th of the month of the box you want to receive. For example, if you want to receive the May box, you need to sign up by May 14.
How do I cancel my subscription?
HOW TO CANCEL
- From the My Account menu, click “Subscriptions.”
- You’ll see your active subscription, and click “Manage Subscription” on the right.
- Then click the cancel button on the next page.
What does "Pending Cancellation" mean?
If your subscription status says “pending cancellation,” your subscription is canceled. The ecommerce software we used is also built for subscriptions like digital magazines. So if you cancel, you’d still have access to subscriber features until you would be billed again. Then, it transitions to a status of canceled.
You WILL NOT be charged again and your subscription will transition to the status of “canceled” on what would have been your next scheduled bill date.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change the shipping address for your monthly subscription, go to My Account. Then under, My Subscriptions, click “Change Address.”
To change your default shipping address (so that all your orders through the store default to your current address), go to My Account. Then scroll down to the My Addresses section and click “Edit” next to the shipping address.
On the next page, you can edit your default shipping address. If you would like for this address to apply to all your active subscriptions, be sure to click the checkbox before saving. If not, leave it unchecked.
How do I change the credit card I use for my Treatsie Monthly Box subscription?
To change, go to My Account. Under “My Subscriptions,” click the “Change Payment Method” on the right. On the next page, click “Use new credit card” and enter your new card number.
Will my chocolate order melt during the summer?
During the hot months, we ship orders with chocolate in insulated packaging with ice packs that keep the sweets nice and cool.
My Treatsie candy wasn't in good condition. What should I do?
If your candy wasn’t in good condition, we want to know. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, send us a photo of the damaged sweets to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have allergies. Can I order Treatsie?
Unfortunately, we don’t have an allergy friendly box at this time. While many products we carry do not contain allergens, they are processed in the same facilities as products that do.
Where does Treatsie ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We will explore international shipping, but at this time we don’t offer that service. But if you’d like for us to pursue this, feel free to drop us a line through the contact form and let us know. The more folks in your country who want it, the faster we’ll get it.
