This Terms and Conditions Agreement sets forth the standards of use of Treatsie.com (the “website”). These terms govern your access to and use of the services and Treatsie, LLC websites, and any information, text, graphics or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the websites (collectively referred to as “content”). Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms.
You are responsible for your use of the website, for any content you post to the website, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the website and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms. You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Treatsie, LLC and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Treatsie, LLC is constantly evolving. We retain the right to change or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice. The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the website, queries made through the website, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by Treatsie, LLC on the website are subject to change. Treatsie, LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside Treatsie, LLC’s control. By creating a user account, you agree to receive communications from Treatsie. You may unsubscribe at any time. By purchasing through the Treatsie.com, you agree to receive marketing and other emails from Treatsie. You may unsubscribe from Treatsie emails at any time. If you do unsubscribe from marketing emails, you will still receive purchase-related email receipts.
Content on the Website
We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the website or endorse any opinions expressed via the website. You understand that by using the website, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. Under no circumstances will Treatsie, LLC be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the website or broadcast elsewhere.
Treatsie, LLC will not sell or market your information to third parties without your consent. We may from time to time market our own goods and services, but you will have the option to opt out of those marketing materials
Changes to Subscription
Your purchase of a Treatsie, LLC monthly subscription is a recurring month to month contract and may be canceled at any time prior to billing. By signing up and purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until you decide to cancel the monthly subscription. The bill date of the monthly subscription will occur every month on the date the subscription began (the date of checkout) until cancelled by the customer. We may change the price of the subscription after providing all subscribers 30 days notice. All requests will be handled within 3 business days Monday through Friday. There is no minimum purchase obligation. The recurring charges that will be charged to your credit or debit card will be the monthly fee for the particular subscription you initially purchased, plus all applicable shipping and other fees, as disclosed to you in full in your purchase confirmation.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: TREATSIE WILL CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND BILL YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD EACH MONTH WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT CANCELLING YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.
CANCELLATION POLICY: THERE ARE NO COMMITMENTS. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCEDURES DESCRIBED THERE. IF YOU NEED HELP CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT, PLEASE EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@TREATSIE.FRESHDESK.COM OR CALL US TOLL FREE AT 1-888-544-3032. ALL REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
If there is any dispute about or involving the site or service, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and should be reflected on bank statements within 5-7 business days. If a refund is requested on a quarterly, annual, or gift subscription, the remaining months of the subscription will be refunded less the cost of the boxes received at the monthly rate of $19.95. And in the case of gift subscriptions less the cost of the $10 Welcome Kit received. If a cancellation and/or refund of a monthly box order is requested, it must be requested at least 3 business days before the scheduled shipping week per the shipping calendar to be eligible for a refund or cancellation. If you did not receive your order or your shipment was damaged, it must be disputed within 3 business days of shipment tracking reflecting delivery to qualify for a refund. Free and promotional items are not eligible for refund or replacement. Treatsie is not liable for items damaged or stolen if left outside and not retrieved immediately by recipient. As Treatsie products are food, items cannot be returned for a refund.
Treatsie does not accept any returned items as they are food products and cannot be restocked or resold. Returned or rejected shipments are not eligible for credit or refund.
Treatsie only ships to the continental 48 states.
The following stipulations apply to the promotion allowing customers to claimed a promotion their first subscription box:
- The 1st box monthly subscription promotions are limited to 1 per person per household. If it is determined that a person is abusing the promotion, Treatsie reserves the right to cancel the subscription and refund any associated charges.
- Current subscribers or customers who have previously used a promotion code on their first Treatsie box are not eligible for additional promotions on the monthly subscription for 12 months. Treatsie reserves the right to cancel the subscription and refund any associated charges.
- If a gift subscription is purchased at a discount, then a cancellation and refund is requested before the duration of the subscription is completed, a refund will be provided based on each month being billed at full price, not the discounted monthly rate.
- Promotions for double or extra sweets in the 1st box include $15 of free sweets. The regular monthly charge of $19.95 still applies. This promotion can only be applied when purchasing a recurring subscription.
- Buy one get one free and free first box promotions require the purchase of at least one monthly box. That purchase is non-refundable.
The following stipulations apply to the “Become a Sweets Seeker” promotion:
- If more than one person posts a photo of a vendor that is subsequently chosen to be in the monthly Treatsie box, only the first person to post about that vendor will receive a free box.
- Promotion does not apply to current or past Treatsie vendors.
- Treatsie reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time.
If your sweets arrive melted, Treatsie will replace them or refund you the price of the item or items. To be eligible for the melt-free guarantee, you must take a photo of the melted item and send it to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your box. Otherwise, the items will not be replaced or refunded.
Treatsie, LLC reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion at any time, to terminate your license to use this Web site, to block or prevent future access to and use of this Web site, and to remove and discard any Postings and Content.
